MyChart

MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand, allowing you to manage care for yourself and your family members through a single, secure mobile app. Developed by Epic Systems and used by healthcare organizations worldwide, MyChart connects you with your care team, test results, medications, immunization history, and other critical health data. You can communicate with providers, view after-visit summaries and clinical notes, and schedule appointments including in-person and video visits. The app integrates with Google Fit to pull health-related data from your personal devices, and you can get price estimates for care, view and pay medical bills, and securely share your medical record with anyone who has internet access. MyChart also connects accounts from multiple healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place even if you have been seen at different providers. What you can see and do depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled. To get started, you create an account with your organization and can optionally use fingerprint or passcode authentication for quick login.

The homepage can be personalized, and for pregnancy care, gestational age is shown in visit details.
