Overview

Unlock the World of Sound with the Audio Frequency Analyzer! Dive deep into audio analysis with this versatile tool designed for musicians, audio engineers, students, sound designers, and anyone curious about sound frequencies. Whether you need to analyze live audio, inspect a recording, or capture new sound, this application provides clear visualizations and essential data. Key Features: Real-time Spectrum Analysis: Visualize the frequency components of live audio captured from your microphone using Fast Fourier Transform (Fft).

See the sound spectrum update instantly. Audio File Analysis: Load various audio file formats (WAV, MP3, FLAC, etc.) to analyze their content. Interactive Waveform Display: View the loaded audio's waveform alongside its volume envelope (Rms) for a clear picture of amplitude over time. Precise Frame Selection: Use the time slider to navigate through loaded or recorded audio and analyze specific segments (frames) in detail. Detailed Fft Plot: See a clear graph of frequency versus magnitude for the selected audio frame or real-time input.

Top 15 Peak Detection: Automatically identifies and displays the top 15 frequency peaks with the highest magnitude for the analyzed segment, presented clearly in three columns. Audio Recording: Capture audio directly from your microphone and save it as a standard WAV file. CSV Peak Export: Easily export the detected top 15 frequency peaks (frequency in Hz and magnitude) to a CSV file for further analysis or documentation. User-Friendly Interface: Clean layout with clear controls and informative plots. How to Use: Getting Started: The interface shows controls at the top, status messages below them, Fft and Waveform plots in the main area, and detected peaks listed at the bottom. Real-time Analysis: Click "Start Realtime" to begin analyzing audio from your default microphone.

Features

The "Frequency Analysis" plot will update live. Click "Stop Realtime" to pause the live analysis. The last detected peaks (if any) will remain displayed. Analyzing Audio Files: Click "Load File" and select an audio file (e.g.,.wav,.mp3). The waveform and volume envelope will appear in the "Loaded Audio Waveform" plot. The Fft plot and peak list will show the analysis of the first frame initially. Drag the slider below the waveform to select different time segments for analysis. The vertical red line on the waveform shows the current analysis position. The Fft plot and peak list will update accordingly.

Recording Audio: Click. The interface is organized for quick access to the most frequently used functions, reducing the time needed to complete common tasks.
